Title - Trains augmented with additional coaches

The South Central Railway has temporarily augmented certain popular trains with additional coaches to clear the extra rush and waitlisted passengers from  July 1 to 17.

Train 17210/17209 Kakinada Town-Bangalore-Kakinada Town Seshadri express will be augmented with two additional AC-III Tier coaches from Kakinada Town on July 1 and from Bangalore on July 2.  Train 17230/17229 Hyderabad-Tiruvananthapuram-Hyderabad Sabari Express will be augmented with one additional First AC-cum-AC-II tier coach from Hyderabad on July 1 and from Tiruvananthapuram on July 3.

Train 17405/17406 Tirupati-Adilabad-Tirupati Krishna Express will be augmented with one additional Chair Car and one Sleeper Class coach from Tirupati on July 1 and from Adilabad on July 2. Train 12797/12798 Kacheguda-Chittoor-Kacheguda Venkatadri Express will be augmented with one AC-II tier coach on July 1 in both the directions.

Train 17018/17017 Secunderabad-Rajkot-Secunderabad Express will be augmented with one AC-III tier coach from Rajkot from July 2 to 15 and from Secunderabad from July 4 to 17.

Train 17002/17001 Secunderabad-Sai Nagar Shirdi-Secunderabad Express will be augmented with one AC-III tier coach on July 5 and 12 from Secunderabad and on July 6 and 13 from Sai Nagar Shirdi.

The augmented additional coaches have already been fed into the computerised Passenger Reservation System (PRS), thereby resulting in ready availability of around 18846 additional berths for the passengers which will effectively meet additional demand on the above trains.
