Title - Training cum Conference Hall inaugurated in Northern Railway

Northern Railway is working on rejuvenating its Human Resource by creating a better Work Culture. Around 1.5 lakh employees work in Northern Railway and needs to be motivated on a regular basis so that work efficiency can be maximised.  Training has been recognised as an effective intervention to create a culture of Accountability, Responsibility, Transparency and Efficiency.

Keeping the same view a training cum conference hall of Personnel Department was inaugurated in Northern Railway on by the eldest employees in the presence of General Manager, Northern Railway. 

On this occasion a booklet titled “Initiatives of Change” was also released. The booklet contains all the initiatives taken for skill development of officers and staff by Personal Department.
