Title - Train services affected due to work at Gummidipundi railway station in Chennai – Sulurpeta section

To facilitate engineering works at Gummidipundi railway station in Chennai – Sulurpeta section railway is imposing block in the section affecting train services as per ddetails - 

The following train services will be regulated o­n January 7 - 

  • Train number 12712 Chennai Central – Vijayawada Pinakini express will be regulated at Kavaraipettai for 20 minutes.. 
  • Train number 66027 Chennai Central – Sulurpeta MEMU will be regulated at Ponneri for 25 minutes. 

The following suburban train services will be partially cancelled between Gummidipundi – Ponneri o­n January 6 - 

  • Sulurpeta – MMC EMU locals, scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 10.00 & 13.15 hrs. 
  • Gummidipundi – MMC EMU locals, scheduled to leave Gummidipundi at 10.50, 11.20, 12.55 & 13.35 hrs. 

The following suburban train services will be partially cancelled between Ponneri – Gummidipundi o­n January 6 

  • MMC – Gummidipundi EMU locals, scheduled to leave MMC at 09.30, 10.25, 11.35 & 12.20 hrs. 
  • Velachery – Gummidipundi EMU local, scheduled to leave Velachery at 08.50 hrs. 
  • MMC – Sulurpeta EMU locals, scheduled to leave MMC at 09.55 & 12.40 hrs. 

The following suburban train service will be regulated o­n January 6 - 

MMC – Gummidipundi EMU local, scheduled to leave MMC at 13.25 hrs., will be regulated at Ponneri for 20 minutes and reach Gummidipundi late by 20 minutes. 

The following suburban train services will be partially cancelled between Gummidipundi – Ponneri o­n January 7 - 

  • Sulurpeta – MMC EMU locals, scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 10.00 & 13.15 hrs. 
  • Gummidipundi – MMC EMU locals, scheduled to leave Gummidipundi at 10.50, 11.20, 12.55, 13.35, 14.40 & 15.15 hrs. 

The following suburban train services will be partially cancelled between Ponneri – Gummidipundi o­n January 7 - 

  • MMC – Gummidipundi EMU locals, scheduled to leave MMC at 09.30, 10.25, 11.35, 12.20 & 13.25 hrs. 
  • Chennai Beach – Gummidipundi EMU local, scheduled to leave Chennai Beach at 09.40 hrs. 
  • MMC – Sulurpeta EMU locals, scheduled to leave MMC at 09.55 & 12.40 hrs.
