Title - Train service between Mangalore, Coimbatore to be regulated

MANGALORE, AUG. 9:   The Palakkad division of Southern Railway has said that train services will be regulated in connection with yard re-modelling work at Podanur junction from August 10 to 26.

It said that train no. 16107/16108 Chennai Egmore – Mangalore – Chennai Egmore Express will be partially cancelled between Coimbatore and Mangalore during August 20-25.

Train no. 16107 Chennai Egmore – Mangalore Central Express will be regulated for 60 minutes at Coimbatore on August 11, 13, 14; and for 70 minutes on August 12, 15. This train will be regulated for 120 minutes at Coimbatore on August 16; for 60 minutes on August 17, 18 and 19; and for 70 minutes on August 26.

Train no. 16318 Jammutawi – Kanyakumari Express will be regulated for 105 minutes at Coimbatore on August 15, and for 105 minutes on August 22.

On August 16, train no. 12678 Ernakulam Junction – Bangalore Express will be regulated for 45 minutes at Madukkarai, and the train no. 13352 Alleppey – Dhanbad – Alleppey Express for 75 minutes at Madukkarai. On that day, the train no. 13351 Dhanbad – Alleppey – Dhanbad Express will be regulated for 60 minutes at Coimbatore.

On August 16, and the train no. 12660 Shalimar – Nagercoil Express will be regulated for 90 minutes at Coimbatore, it said.
