Title - Train mishap: Leaders express shock over incident

Political leaders in Tamil Nadu today condoled the death of 32 persons in a fire accident in the Chennai-bound Tamil Nadu Express from New Delhi.Governor K Rosaiah expressed shock over the incident that occurred at Nellore in Andhra Pradesh."I convey my sincere condolences to the bereaved members of the family and pray to God to rest the departed souls in peace," he said in a statement while wishing the injured speedy recovery.Describing the accident as "tragic," Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa expressed grief over the demise of 32 persons and also announced solatium for both the dead and injured.She said she prayed the Almighty for the speedy recovery of the injured passengers.DMK chief M Karunanidhi said he was "shocked" over the incident and expressed his sympathies with the families of the deceased.PMK leader Dr S Ramadoss also expressed his condolences over the mishap.
