Title - Temporary stoppage of trains

Owing to persistent demands from elected representatives of the public and rail-users, the following trains will stop at Cuddalore Port Jn. temporarily for a period of six months from June 21 to December 31, Southern Railway said on Tuesday.The trains are No. 16175 Chennai Egmore-Karaikal Express, 16176 Karaikal-Chennai Egmore Express, 16780 Madurai-Tirupati (Bi-weekly) Express, and the 16779 Tirupati-Madurai (Bi-weekly) Express. — Special Correspondent
