Title - Tamabaram to get the biggest Food Court at any railway station in India

The new coaching terminal – Tambaram station is all set to have the biggest food plaza by area at any Railway station. Even Chennai Central lacks such big food plaza where all kinds of vegetarian, non-vegetarian and fast-food dishes will be available.

This weekend Suresh Prabhu, Railway Minister will inaugurate this food plaza during his visit to the city. This food plaza will spread across 12000 square feet in which 600 people can dine simultaneously.

Indian Railways will earn close to `50 crore in licence fees from the project over the next 12 years.
