Title - Surprise inspection of Secunderabad Railway station by newly appointed GM

Newly appointed GM of South Central Railway did a surprise inspection of Secunderabad Railway Station during the rush hours.

Mr. Yadav undertook a detailed analysis of Secunderabad Railway Station including various facilities and other infrastructure of the station. He inspected catering units and food plaza besides rounding Sabari Express that is witnessing huge rush of passengers.

He also interacted with passengers to get feedback of facilities and quality of food. Later he stressed to the staff of catering units to maintain quality food served to passengers as no complaint will be tolerated.

Among other facilities, inspection of dormitory, retiring rooms, AC waiting hall, general waiting hall, booking counter etc. was done by the GM. He also inspected linen and bed rolls supplied to passengers and suggested some improvement. Crew booking lobby underwent a thorough inspection besides facilities for the staff provided in the lobby.

After completing the inspection at Secunderabad station GM visited the Bhoiguda side entry of Secunderabad Railway station and discussed plans for further development with the Divisional Railway Manager. He suggested still more convenient walk ways for passengers to move in and out of the station platforms.
