Special trains will be operated from Visakhapatnam to Puri and Gunupur to Puri in connection with the Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath and ‘Sunavesha’ (return) Rath Yatra.Visakhapatnam – Puri special will leave Visakhapatnam at 6 p.m. on Wednesday (June 20) and reach Puri at 7.45 a.m. on the next day. Gunupur – Puri special will leave Gunupur at 8.45 p.m. on Wednesday (June 20) and reach Puri at 10.05 a.m. on the next day.The Puri – Visakhapatnam special will leave Puri at 12.15 a.m. on June 21 (midnight) and reach here at 10 a.m. on June 22. Visakhapatnam – Puri special will leave Visakhapatnam at 6 a.m. on June 30 and reach Puri at 4.45 p.m. on the same day. The Puri – Visakhapatnam special will leave Puri at 1.30 a.m. (night) on June 30 and reach here at 1 p.m. on July 1.The above trains will run as passenger trains and will stop at each and every station between Visakhapatnam and Puri and between Gunupur and Puri, according to Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of East Coast Railway H.L. Luwang.Train No. 58418 Gunupur to Puri Passenger will be cancelled on June 21 and train No. 58417 Puri to Gunupur passenger will be rescheduled to leave Puri on June 21 at 5 p.m. instead of the scheduled departure at 7.50 a.m. |
