Title - Special trains for Onam

The Southern Railway will run special trains between Bangalore and Ernakulam to clear the extra rush of passengers during the Onam festival season.  Train No. 06543 / 06544 Yesvantpur - Ernakulam Junction - Yesvantpur Weekly Express will run on August 27 and September 3.The special trains will have 16 coaches comprising one 3-tier AC coach, one chair car coach, seven unreserved coaches, six sleeper class coaches and two luggage-cum-brake van coaches.The trains will stop at Banaswadi, Krishnarajapuram, Bangarpet, Kuppam, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Ottapalam, Thrissur, Aluva and Ernakulam Junction.      Train No.06549 / 06550 Yesvantpur - Ernakulam Junction - Yesvantpur Garibrath Express will leave Yesvantpur run on August 22 and 27.The trains will have 18 coaches comprising 16 three-tier AC coaches and two luggage-cum -brake van coaches.The trains will stop at Banaswadi, Hosur, Dharmapuri, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Ottapalam, Thrissur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town and Ernakulam Junction.
