Title - Special train announced between Santragachi and Puri in January and February

There has been escalation in passenger rush in upward direction this winter season between Santragachi and Puri. To meet the demand South Central Railway has announced special train between the two stations that will run from January 6, 2017 to February 25, 2017.

This train will do a total of sixteen trips between Santragachi and Puri.

08404 Santragachi – Puri special will run every Saturday between the given dates and will depart from Santragachi at 07:10PM in the evening and will reach Puri at 04:00AM the next day morning.

In the return direction, 08403 Puri – Santragachi will run every Friday between the given dates. This train will depart from Puri at 09:25PM in the night and will reach Santragachi at 06:45AM the next day.

It will stop on the following stations –

Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur-Keonjhar Road, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and Khurda Road

AC Two, AC Three and Sleeper class coaches will form this train.
