Lahore—Some 2200 Sikh Yatrees (pilgrims) will return to India through Wagha border on Thursday, after concluding the annual Besahki Festival. Pakistan Railways will run three special trains between Lahore-Attari and these trains will depart at Lahore railway station at 6.00, 7.00 and 8.00 am respectively.Azhar Sulehri, Deputy Secretary Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) told Pakistan Observer that Sikh Yatrees during their stay in Pakistan have visited Hassan Abdal, Nankana Sahib, Lahore, Kartarpur and Eimnabad for performing their religious rituals. He said ETPB and Punjab government have made excellent security, accommodation and transportation arrangements for the visitors. |
