Title - Shailendra Kumar is WR DRM

Shailendra Kumar is now Divisional Railway Manager (Mumbai Central) of Western Railway.
Prior to his appointment, he was working as chief freight transportation manager, WR. Kumar is from the 1985 batch of Indian Railway Traffic Services.
