Title - Senior railway engineer hanged himself, names colleagues in note for corruption

A Senior Section Engineer posted in Jagadhari town, Yamunanagar hanger himself to death at his residence and left a detailed suicide note behind him. In the note he blamed three people including two colleagues working with him.

Dinesh Gaur wrote in his suicide note, "I may be dragged to into a police case for embezzlement in an arbitrary contract allotment. The CBI may raid here any time. I am confident that I am not part of the fraud. But, it will take long to prove my innocence. Till then, life will be not worth living for an honest person. So I am ending my life.”

He also wrote alleging senior section officer K S Kataria and contractor Pankaj Sharma is responsible for his death as they were cheating the railways. In a planned manner they wanted to benefit contractor, therefore deliberate delays were caused. In this process I was used to keep them clean. I can see that my simplicity and honesty proved costly to me.

Angry relatives blocked the road demanding arrest of those named by victim. After assurance by Police they ended the blockade.
