Title - SCR to Host 60th All India Railway Shuttle Badminton Championships: 2012-13

The South Central Railway Sports Association will host 60th All India Railway Shuttle Badminton Championships for Men and Women: 2012-13 from 4thto 9th August 2012 at Railway Sports Complex Grounds, Secunderabad.
1)All India Railway Shuttle Badminton Championships for Men and Women will be held from 4thto 6th July 2012. Sixteen teams from various Zonal Railways & Production Units of Indian Railways from all over the Country will participate.
2)The All India Railway Shuttle Badminton Open Championship for Men & Women will be held at Railway Sports Complex, Secunderabad from 7th to 9thAugust 2012. In the open championship, apart from Railway players, ie, finalists and semi-finalists of the 60th All India Railway Shuttle Badminton Championship, national level Shuttle Badminton Players from all over India representing various Badminton Federations in the Country will participate. The prize money will be Rs. 2.00 Lakh. An entry fee is Rs. 100/- for single event and Rs. 200/- for double event is payable towards registration. A total of 150 players are expected to register their name for the Open Championship.
