Title - SAARTHI – New all in one new app by Indian Railways

An all in one mobile application was launched by Indian Railways called as SAARTHI. Apart from booking tickets will allow consumers to book a retiring room, porter or to order a meal.

Railway is aiming to eliminate use of multiple aims and to deliver improved experience. Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu said, “There was a need for an integrated application which could give a single window interface for these services.”

This app also has complaint and suggestion section for further improvement of app. This new app has been developed by Centre for Railway information system (CRIS), at a cost of Rs. 7 crore.
