Title - Railways to speed up Thalassery-Mysore rail re-survey

The Centre will speed up re-survey of the long-pending Thalassery-Mysore rail project, Union Minister of State for Railways K H Muniyappa today said.Talking to newspersons at Thalassery Railway Station, he said steps would be taken immediately for the development of railway stations in Kerala's Malabar region.Kannur and Thalassery railway stations in the region would be given more importance as far as development was concerned, he added.
