As part of tightening the security measures, following the finding of a bomb on the railway track near Piravom Road station in the Kottayam-Ernakulam route the other day, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) had arranged elaborate security measures.According to a highly placed official with the RPF, 100 constables and head constables from the Trichy division would be pressed into service in Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam stations from Saturday onwards.
