Title - Railways fails to keep promise on train service

People of Gulbarga region are a disappointed lot with the Railways failing to keep its promise of introducing a new train between Solapur and Bangalore via Gulbarga on July 1, even as other new trains announced in the Railway Budget began operations. Sources in the Solapur division of Central Railways had said that the clearance had come for the introduction of the new train from Solapur to Yeshwanthpur and had given the number of the new train as 22133 for the one that departs from Solapur and 22134 for the train that departs from Yeshwantpur, and the tentative timings were also given. Officials at the Gulbarga railway station said they were not aware of the introduction of the new train.
