Title - Railway bribery case: Accused denied bail

A Delhi court today dismissed the bail plea of one of the accused who had allegedly delivered the money to former Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal's nephew in the Rs 10-crore railway bribery case.Special CBI Judge Swarana Kanta Sharma rejected the bail plea of Vivek Kumar, saying the probe into the case is still going on and charge sheet has not been filed yet.
