Hyderabad, Sep 3 (PTI) The South Central Railway has set up a toll free helpline phone number to receive catering related complaints and suggestions to ensure better service. The helpline phone number 1800-425-5090 will be manned round the clock by staff, SCR said in a release. "Passengers can register their complaints/suggestions related to catering services rendered at stations on South Central Railway and also on trains on South Central Railway system over this helpline number. This is in addition to the existing Catering Helpline Nos. 040-27834044 and 97013-70964,” the release added.
