PURULIA : To avoid any repetition of Jamui incident in which Maoists attacked Dhanbad-Patna Intercity Express, the Railway ministry has reportedly decided to tighten security even in the trains running through Junglemahal area during the day, besides intensifying security arrangements during night. Sources said that the numbers of security forces have been increased in the trains under Adra division of South-Eastern Rail. The Divisional Railway Manager (Adra division) ~ Mr Arvind Kumar Mittal told The Statesman: “Security arrangement is going to be intensified.” |
