Title - Platforms at Vadodara's stations open for partying

In an effort to generate revenues, Indian Railways has decided to open up its empty platforms for parties. These platforms can be booked by public for parties, weddings, events like exhibition or performance etc. 

In Vadodara the platforms at Makarpura, Vishvamitri and Bajva are available for parties. The only issue arises here is that booking depends on timings. According to the terms and conditions, those platforms on which trains do not pass for upto three hours at least can be leased out for events.

The only question that comes to mind is - Why you would want to organise an event on railway platform with such a limited time.
