MID TERM PENSION ADALAT – 2012
Southern Railway will hold Mid Term Pension Adalat simultaneously in all Divisions/Unit viz., Chennai, Tiruchchirappalli, Madurai, Salem, Palakkad, Tiruvananthapuram and Golden Rock on July 18th 2012 to redress the grievances relating to Pension/Settlement dues of Senior Citizens who retired from Southern Railway. Grievances of Pensioners in the prescribed format as appended below should be sent directly to the concerned Officers on or before 31.05.2012 duly superscribing “Mid Term Pension Adalat 2012” .

Pensioners from Accounts Department concerned may send their representations to the Sr.DFMs/DFMs of respective Divisions.

Grievances not connected with 'settlement dues' such as CompassionateAppointments and cases involving purely legal issues viz., Succession Certificate etc., cannot be taken up in the Adalat.

Grievances, once represented through earlier Pension Adalats and replied suitably, are not to be represented again.

The representationists are requested to make their own arrangements for travel and stay, if they choose to personally attend the Adalat.
