Title - Passengers make beeline for metro stations

Gurgaon: Chaos reigned Gurgaon bus stand today as almost the entire fleet of Delhi-bound buses and those meant to pass through it did not ply.Reacting to the call of their state union, the bus drivers refused to enter Delhi. Thousands of commuters were in for a shock when they reached the bus stand only to find that the buses had been cancelled. The worst-affected were those intending to travel to Chandigarh and cities of Uttar Pradesh.Daily commuters to Delhi made a beeline for Metro stations which were overcrowded. The Metro traffic trebled and local auto drivers made a quick buck as they doubled the fare for travel to Metro stations.
