Title - New station code for Mumbai central and Sabarmati station

Station code for Mumbai central main station and Mumbai central local station has been changed by Western Railway. The new station code will be effective from February 1, 2018. Station code for Mumbai central main station is BCT and for Mumbai central local station is BCL which now will become as MMCT.

The new station code has also been assigned in all PRS centres including IRCTC website.

Similarly, for Sabarmati station that falls between Ahmedabad and mahesana has been assigned by a new station code as SBIB. Till now registration code for Sabarmati was BG. The new station code for Sabarmati station will also be effective from February , 2018.
