Title - New safety device installed on tracks

BOKARO: To ensure safe journey for the passengers travelling in trains, the railways is installing modern safety devices on tracks, signals and coaches in Jharkhand.

Chief safety officer (CSO) of the South Eastern Railway (SER) M Alam, who arrived here on Tuesday from Kolkata and conducted surprise inspections, said safety of passengers was the first priority for which safety gadgets were being introduced in the system. The railways takes stern action against the officials found guilty of violating safety rules, he said.
