Title - Nashik railway station may get two new platforms

NASHIK: The Central Railway is planning to construct two new platforms at the Nashik Road railway station. The proposal is awaiting clearance from the general manager Subodh Jain's office. Plans for construction of the fourth platform at an estimated cost of Rs 13 crore were presented to Jain during his recent visit to Nashik.

Jain asked officials to plan for the construction of two new platforms instead of one and also recommended increasing length of the existing platforms.
