Title - MORE COACHES FOR PURI-DIGHA WEEKLY EXPRESS TRAINS

In view to clear wait listed passengers and to provide better passenger comforts to the commuters, Railways have decided to augment additional coaches in permanent basis in Puri-Digha-Puri weekly express trains with immediate effect.12579/12580 Puri-Digha-Puri Express will be augmented with o­ne additional General Second Class coach and Four additional Sleeper Class coaches permanently w.e.f. 14th July from Puri and w.e.f. 15thJuly from Digha. o­n augmentation of these additional coaches, this train will run with 17 coaches, i.e. o­ne AC-2 tier cum AC-3 tier, o­ne AC- 3 tier, Nine Sleeper Class Coaches, Four General Second Class Coaches and Two Guard Cum Luggage Vans in its composition.Similarly, 22878/22877 Puri-Digha-Puri Express will be augmented with o­ne additional General Second Class coach and Four additional Sleeper Class coaches permanently w.e.f. 18th July from Puri and w.e.f. 19th July from Digha. o­n augmentation of these additional coaches, this train will run with 17 coaches, i.e. o­ne AC-2 tier, o­ne AC- 3 tier, Nine Sleeper Class Coaches, Four General Second Class Coaches and Two Guard Cum Luggage Vans in its composition.
