Title - Mega block of rail traffic on January 22 at main Harbour line

Due to weekly maintenance work by Central Railways on January 22 a mega traffic block will be imposed on Up and Down Harbour lines. This block will take place from 11:20AM to 04:20PM in the evening.

Central Railway has also issued an advisory for passengers that suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual due to block therefore to avoid any mishappening passengers should avoid any risk what so ever while boarding and de-boarding.

Suburban train services on Down and Up lines will take a hit due to this block. Up services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai leaving Panvel/Belapur from 11.14 am to 4.15 pm and Down harbour line services for Panvel/Belapur leaving Nerul from 11.01 am to 4.26 pm will remain cancelled.

Similarly, Up transharbour line services for Thane leaving Panvel/Belapur from 11.04 am to 3.53 pm and Down transharbour line services for Panvel/Belapur leaving Nerul from 11.42 am to 4.04 pm will remain cancelled.

Panvel-Andheri services will also remain cancelled during the block period however central railway will run special service from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai-Nerul & Thane-Nerul sections during the block period.
