Title - Man climbs atop Railway clock tower

Chennai : High drama was witnessed at the bustling Central Railway Station here today when a man climbed atop its clock tower, sending police and fire personnel into a tizzy and throwing traffic haywire.The man, in his late 20s, had clambered up the tower of the historic building and refused to come down, much to the consternation of police and public.
