Title - Ludhiana-New Delhi Shatabdi to ply on all seven days of the week

LUDHIANA: Indian Railways has increased the frequency of the Ludhiana-New Delhi Shatabdi train and it has now started plying on all seven days of the week.

Initially, the train was operated for four days in a week. Starting from Ludhiana, it terminated at New Delhi after completing its journey via Sangrur on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The train service was increased to six days in December last year and extended to Moga.

The train will continue to ply till Moga on Monday and Saturday and will run on Sunday from Ludhiana to Delhi. It will halt at Sangrur, Tohana, Jind and Rohtak before steaming into New Delhi railway station. Jind has recently been added to the list of train halts.
