Railway has given additional stoppage to train number 16355 / 16356 Kochuveli – Mangaluru Jn. – Kochuveli Antyodaya bi-weekly express in the form of Tirur station. However, Tirur will act as stoppage effective from September 2 for this train for a period of six months as it is on an experimental basis. 

Accordingly train number 16356 Mangaluru Jn. – Kochuveli Antyodaya bi-weekly express will arrive TIrur at 11:44 PM in the night and,

Train number 16355 Kochuveli – Mangaluru Jn. – Kochuveli Antyodaya bi-weekly express will arrive Tirur at 03:39 AM in the morning.

From both sides this train will halt for 1 minute only.
