Title - Karmakar to get spl promotion for Oly performance

Kolkata: Indian shooter Joydeep Karmakar will be accorded a special promotion by South Eastern Railway (SER) for his splendid performance in the London Olympic Games where he missed the bronze by a whisker after finishing fourth in the final of 50m Rifle Prone event.
