Its Diwali time not only for your online shopping but it is Diwali bonanza time if you opt Indian Railways to travel. IRCTC has announced 1 paisa travelling insurance offer from today till 31st October, 2016. IRCTC introduced 92 paisa traveling insurance scheme for passengers who book ticket online. The insurance provides a cover of upto Rs. 10 lacs in case off death or permanent total disablity, 7.5 lacs for permanent partial disability, upto rs. 2 lac hospital compensation and Rs.10,000 for mortal remains transportation in case of death. The same scheme now passengers can avail by just paying 1 paisa while booking online ticket. Till date 120,87,625 passengers chose to take travelling insurance. | ||
