Kacheguda - Kakinada Port Special Train

• Train number - 07425
• It will depart Kacheguda at 06:45 PM on 6, 13, 20 and 27 July on Fridays and will arrive Kakinada Port at 06:00 AM the next day.

• Train number - 07426
• It will depart Kakinada Port at 05:50 PM on 7, 14, 21 and 28 July on Saturdays and will arrive Kacheguda at 05:10 AM the next day.

Hyderabad – Ernakulam Special Train

Train number 07117 will depart Hyderabad at 12.50 PM on 4, 11, 18 and 25 July on Wednesdays and will arrive Ernakulam at 05:30 PM o­n Thursdays.

Ernakulam – Hyderabad Special Train

Train number 07118 will depart Ernakulam at 09:45 PM o­n 5, 12, 19 and 26 July on Thursdays and will arrive Hyderabad at 10:55 PM o­n Fridays.

These trains will consists AC 2 tier, AC 3 tier, Sleeper Class and Luggage cum Brake van Coaches.

Between Ernakulam and Hyderabad this special train will halt at following stations in both directions -

Secunderabad, Nalgonda, Piduguralla, Guntur, Tenali, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tirupati, Chittoor, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palghat, Ottapalam, Thirsur and Aluva.

Train Number 07115 Hyderabad – Kochuveli Special Train will depart Hyderabad at 09:00 PM on 7, 14, 21 and 28 July on Saturdays and will arrive Kochuveli at 03:20 AM o­n Mondays.
Train Number 07116 Kochuveli – Hyderabad Special Train will depart Kochuveli at 07:45 AM on 9, 16, 23 and 30 July on Mondays and will arrive Hyderabad at 02:00 PM o­n Tuesdays.

These trains will consists of AC 2 tier, AC 3 tier, Sleeper Class and Luggage cum Brake van Coaches.

Enroute, in both the directions these special trains will stop at Secunderabad, Nalgonda, Piduguralla, Guntur, Tenali, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tirupati, Chittoor, Katpadi, Ambur, Vaniyambadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palghat, Ottapalem, Thrisur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town, Kottayam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur, Kayankulam and Kollam stations.

Passenger amenities have always been o­ne of the top priorities of S E Railway. For convenience of commuters, SER takes several initiatives throughout the year. To ease the journey of passengers, specially elderly, sick and differently abled people, SER has installed a number of escalators and lifts at different stations over the zone.

Total 10 numbers of escalators already opened for passengers use at Kharagpur, Ranchi, Hatia, Bokaro Steel City and Tatanagar Stations. Recently 2 more escalators have been commissioned at Rourkela station. This apart, 8 numbers of lifts have been provided at Kharagpur, Ranchi and Bokaro Steel City Stations.

In addition to the above, it has been planned to install escalators at Jharsuguda and lifts at Tatanagar, Rourkela, Hatia & Balasore stations under S.E.Railway’s jurisdiction.

One AC First and AC Second composite coach will be attached to train number 04116 / 04115 Mumbai LTT - Allahabad - Mumbai LTT Weekly summer special train. 

Accordingly train number 04116 weekly Special will run with extra coach from April 29 to July 1 and train number 04115 weekly special will run with extra coach from April 28 to June 30.

Due to non-interlocking wok at Arakkonam station 4 trains originating and terminating from Mumbai will diverted as per details -

16351 Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus – Nagarcoil Junction Express will run via Renigunta – Tiruttani –Melpakkam – Katpadi – Tiruvannamalai – Villupuram instead of Renigunta – Tiruttani – Arakkonam – Chengalpattu Junction – Villupuram on April 28.

11027 Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai – Chennai Central will run via diverted route of Renigunta – Gudur Junction – Chennai Central instead of Renigunta – Arakkonam – Chennai Central on May 4.

11044 Madurai - Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express will run via diverted route of Villupuram – Tiruvannamalai –Katpadi – Melpakkam – Renigunta instead of Villupuram – Chengalpattu Junction – Arakkonam – Renigunta on May 5.

12164 Chennai Egmore – Dadar Superfast Express will run via diverted route of Chennai Beach Junction – Tiruvottiyur –Gudur Junction – Renigunta instead of Chennai Beach Junction – Arakkonam – Tiruttani – Renigunta on May 6.

To facilitate passengers attending spiritual meeting at Chegur situated o­n Kacheguda – Dhone section,  South Central Railway has provided temporary stoppage at Shadnagar and Vikarabad Stations to the following trains -

Following trains will halt at Vikarabad station -

• Train number 11020 Bhubaneswar-Mumbai CST Konark Express will arrive Vikarabad at 12:56 PM noon on April 30 and May 1.
• Train number 11019 Mumbai CST-Bhubaneswar Konark Express will arrive Vikarabad at 05:26 AM on April 27 and 28.

• Train number 17652 Kacheguda- Chengalpattu Express will arrive Shadnagar at 05:15 PM on May 1 and 2.
• Train number 17651 Chengalpattu-Kacheguda Express will arrive Shadnagar at 06:28 AM on April 27 and 28.

Railways will continue to provide temporary stoppage for Train number 56271 / 56272 Shivamogga Town - Chamrajanagar - Shivamogga Town Passenger and Train number 56277 / 56278, Chikkamagalur - Yesvantpur - Chikkamagalur Passenger at Biselehalli halt station for another o­ne year and Kanivehalli halt station for six months and will remain effective from April 30 onwards.

Railway has provided to train number 12953 / 12954 Mumbai Central - Hazrat Nizamuddin - Mumbai Central Rajdhani Express at Dahod station. This train will halt at Dahod station on an experimental basis for six months effective from May 6 as per details -

Train number 12953 Mumbai Central - Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express will arrive Dahod at 12:37 AM midnight and will depart in 2 minutes.

Train number 12954 Hazrat Nizamuddin - Mumbai Central Rajdhani Express will arrive Dahod at 02:19 AM and will depart in 2 minutes.
