जयपुर के लिए चलेगी स्पेशल ट्रेन

KANPUR कानपुर। रेल प्रशासन ने यजयपुर से लखनऊ के बीच वाया कन्नौज, फर्रुखाबाद रूट से 8 सितंबर से 9 अक्तूबर तक एक महीने के लिए स्पेशल ट्रेन चलाने का फैसला किया है।
एनसीआर के पीआरओ अमित मालवीय ने बताया कि 09707 अप स्पेशल ट्रेन जयपुर से मंगलवार, शुक्रवार और रविवार को रात 9:45 बजे चलकर कानपुर सेंट्रल पर दूसरे दिन सुबह 8:55 बजे आकर लखनऊ 10:20 बजे पहुंचाएगी। 09708 डाउन लखनऊ से बुधवार, शनिवार और सोमवार को दोपहर 12:25 कानपुर सेंट्रल पर दोपहर 14:05 बजे पहुंचकर दो मिनट बाद जयपुर को चल देगी। ट्रेन अनवरगंज, कन्नौज, फर्रुखाबाद, हाथरस सिटी, मथुरा कैंट, जंक्शन, अछनेरा, भरतपुर, बांदीकुईं, गांधीनगर रुकते हुए रात पौने दो बजे जयपुर पहुंचेगी।

KATHMANDU : The government has planned to start work on the track bed of the East West Electrical Railway after the festive season ends in November. On Monday, it invited tenders for the construction of the track bed on a 5-km stretch of the Simara-Bardibas section of the proposed railway . The track bed is the foundation on which the railway track will be laid.The Department of Railways said that it would select three contractors within the next two months to construct the track bed in three packages. As per the plan, the contractors will have to start work immediately after the festivals based on the detailed project report (DPR) readied by South Korean consultants.The DPR of the 108-km Simara-Bardibas section of the East-West Railway was completed last year. “Construction of the track bed will cost Rs 500 million,” said Rajeshwor Man Singh, superintendent engineer of the department.The scope of the tender issued for the track bed includes construction of cross drainage structures, animal crossings, underpasses, embankments, earthen drains and bio-engineering works. However, even though the tender notice has been published, the exact locations where the track bed will be constructed have not been finalised yet.

Department officials said that preparations for issuing a notice for land acquisition and compensation distribution were at the final stages. As per Singh, work will start from the Simara end of the route. The ambitious railway project will connect Kakkarbhitta in the east with Gaddachauki in the west passing through various business hubs in the Tarai.

According to the department, the Simara-Bardibas section is considered to be one of the most suitable sections for developing a railway network as the Indian government is supporting Nepal to extend the Janakpur-Jayanagar railway up to Bardibas using broad gauge track. The DPR conducted by the Korean firms had concluded that the construction of the Simara-Bardibas section (including Simara-Birgunj link of 36 km) will cost around Rs 100 billion, depending on the facilities, safety measures, quality and level of service to be incorporated.The DPR has shown that the government will need Rs 4.26 billion for land acquisition and resettlement for the Simara-Bardibas section. The government has aimed to start the construction of the railway this year as mentioned in the budget announcement for the current fiscal year.

Rs 1.4 billion has been allocated for railway works in the current fiscal year which will be used for the construction of the 5-km-long track bed and the DPR of the Butwal-Gaddachauki section, among other tasks. Of the total Rs 1.07 billion, Rs 905.9 million was spent in the last fiscal year on distributing land compensation and conducting the DPR, according to the department.

Eastern Railway posted a 12 per cent growth in passenger earnings to nearly Rs 636 crore between April and July this year, as against a little more than Rs 567 crore during the year-ago period.

According to a release, ER’s miscellaneous earnings (particularly penalties collected from passengers) were nearly 7 per cent higher at Rs 14.33 crore during the period.

महाराजा अग्रसेन वेलफेयर ट्रस्ट द्वारा आयोजित बैठक में प्रेस सचिव तरसेम गर्ग ने बताया कि अनेक मागों से संबंधित ज्ञापन प्रधान बाल कृष्ण बंसल की अध्यक्षता में तत्कालीन रेल मंत्री पवन कुमार बंसल को लिखा गया था, जिस संबंधी रेलवे विभाग ने 9 अगस्त, 2013 को ट्रस्ट को पत्र लिखकर अवगत कराया कि आपकी ज्यादातर मांगें जल्द ही पूरी कर दी जाएंगी। इसमें पहली माँग अंबाला-दप्पर के बीच डबल रेलवे लाइन, जो दिसंबर 2013 तक पूरी कर दी जाएगी, चंडीगढ़ रेलवे स्टेशन का नवीनीकरण और चौड़ीकरण किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा ट्रस्ट ने पंचकूला की ओर से डबल रोड को बनवाना और प्लेटफॉर्म को ब्यूटीफाई करने के बारे में लिखा था, जिसका जवाब अभी बाकी है। गर्ग ने बताया कि ट्रस्ट लोगों की सुविधाओं के लिए हर वक्त तत्पर रहता है और आगे भी इसी तरह संबंधित विभागों को लिखता रहेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि ट्रस्ट द्वारा उठाई गई अधिकतर मागों को मान लिए जाने के कारण ट्रस्ट के सदस्यों ने एमपी, चंडीगढ़ पवन कुमार बंसल का धन्यवाद किया। बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि ट्रस्ट सांसद पवन कुमार बंसल के निवास पर पहुच उन्हे एक धन्यवाद पत्र भी देगा। इस समय महासचिव जगमोहन गर्ग, सगान जिंदल, रामविलास अग्रवाल, मुकेश गर्ग, योगराज बंसल, अशोक जिंदल, सोमनाथ दीवान, ओमप्रकाश गर्ग, नरेश अग्रवाल भी मौजूद थे।

The South Central Railway (SCR) will run special trains to clear extra rush of passengers.

Kakinada Town-Hyderabad special train will depart from Kakinada at 16.00 hrs on  September 6 and arrive in Hyderabad at 04.45 hrs the next day.

In the return direction, the train will depart from Hyderabad at 22.40 hrs on September 7 and arrive in Kakinada at 11.35 hrs the next day.

Hyderabad-Kakinada Town special train will depart from Hyderabad at 22.40 hrs on September 6 and arrive in Kakinada Town at 09.25 hrs the next day.

In the return direction, the special train will depart from Kakinada Town at 18.00 hrs on September 7 and arrive in Hyderabad at 06.05 hrs the next day.

Hyderabad-Kollam special train will depart from Hyderabad at 15.55 hrs on September 14 and arrive in Kollam at 22.15 hrs the next day.

In the return direction the special train will depart from Kollam at 21.00 hrs on September 16 and arrive in Hyderabad at 04.10 hrs on September 18.

TEMPORARY AUGMENTATION OF NEW DELHI- BHUBANESHWAR RAJDHANI EXPRESS TRAINS

For the convenience of rail passengers and to increase the passenger carrying capacity, Railway has decided to augment the train nos. 22612/22811 & 22824/22823 New Delhi- Bhubaneshwar- New Delhi Rajdhani express with Two Additional A.C. 3 Tier coaches each with immediate effect upto 01.10.2013 when departing from New Delhi and upto 30.09.2013 when departing from Bhubaneshwar.

The other features like timings, route, stoppages etc. will remain as unchanged.
