Title - HARSIMRAT OPENS NEW UNDER-BRIDGE

Member of Parliament Harsimrat Kaur Badal on Friday inaugurated the newly constructed under-bridge on the Bathinda-Mansa highway. Built under the Bathinda-Delhi rail line at a cost of Rs 24 crore, the project will pave way for the smooth flow of traffic as the railway barrier at this point was a major traffic bottleneck. Harsimrat criticised the Centre for the Rs 5 hike in diesel prices as well as limiting the supply of subsidised LPG cylinders. She also blamed the Centre for allegedly forcing Punjab to impose fresh taxes.
