Title - Guwahati – Dibrugarh route to be electrified soon

Guwahati – Dibrugarh route could soon be electrified said Union minister of state for railways Rajen Gohain.

Minister of state was addressing party workers where he said that railway is planning to electrify railway tracks between Guwahati and Dibrugarh. Railway have already completed the required survey for the project. Survey reports were submitted to ministry and soon further process will start.

He further said, "Our department has received the survey reports from the concerned survey team and has started the process to launch the project."
