Title - Efforts of South Central Railway officials saved the life of 2 months old ailing kid

Life of a two month old boy was saved by South Central Railway officials during a train journey.  Sagar Kanjilal and his wife Banashree were travelling in an air-conditioned coach of 12246 Yesvantpur-Howrah Duronto Express with their two month old boy in the night of June 5.

The child was on oxygen support and the couple found that before the train could reach Vijayawada Railway station their last oxygen cylinder would exhaust. Sagar Kanjilal informed TTE - PVS Jagga Rao who then informed informed control office instantly. Within half an hour the train arrived at Vijayawada station railway authorities were ready with the oxygen cylinder.

The efforts of the chief ticket inspector and other officials were applauded by South Central Railway Vijayawada Divisional Manager.
