Title - Drugs seized in Konark Express

Government Railway Police, Tandur conducted drugs check in train number 11020 Konark Express from Lingampalli to Tandur Railway stations. During the drive at 02:20PM police suspected three bags in S-6 coach were kept underneath of berth numbers 9, 13 & 14.

Police enquired but no one was found near bag. On further verification, those bags turned out to carry ganja. Later all those 3 bags were brought to Railway Police station at Vikarabad. In the bags, 3 packet of illicit ganja weighing 30 kg approx and valued approximately Rs. 1,20,000 were recovered.

In this connection Vikarabad registered a case and took up investigation.
