Title - Clerk booked for demanding, accepting money

Visakhapatnam  : Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today registered a case against G Subrahmanyam, Senior Clerk, Mechanical Wing (C and W Bills), Personnel Department South Central Railway (SCR) Vijayawada, for demanding and accepting bribe amount of Rs 3,000 from the complainant for passing his pending bills.A CBI Spokesman said the complainant has been working as Helper, Grade-II, C W, S C Railway, Tenali. G Subrahmanyam was arrested and produced before Special Judge for CBI cases.CBI conducted searches at the office and residence of G Subramanyam and seized certain incriminating documents, the spokesman added.
