Title - Chennai Egmore – Manamadurai – Chennai Egmore bi-weekly Silambu express extended to Sengottai

During a grand function held at Chennai Central railway station, Union Minister of Railways Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu announced the extension of Train Number 16181 / 16182 Chennai Egmore – Manamadurai – Chennai Egmore bi-weekly Silambu express trains upto/from Sengottai.

The extension will be effective immediately and as per the new time table –

16181 Chennai Egmore – Sengottai bi-weekly express will depart from Chennai Egmore at 08:20PM in the night if Wednesday and Saturday and will arrive Sengottai at 10:20Am the next day morning.

Similarly, 16182 Sengottai – Chennai Egmore bi-weekly express will depart from Sengottai at 04:00PM in the evening of Thursday and Sunday and will arrive Chennai Egmore at 05:45 the next day morning.
