Title - Chennai Central – Thiruvananthapuram – Chennai Central Mail get new LHB coaches from 18 January

Railway has slowly started replacing old coaches with new LHB (Link-Hofmann-Busch) coaches in trains. Another train which will now be equipped with LHB coaches is Thiruvananthapuram – Chennai Central Mail.

Train Number 12623/12624 Chennai Central – Thiruvananthapuram – Chennai Central Mail train’s old coaches will be fully replaced with new coaches.

With new coach train number 12623 Chennai Central – Thiruvananthapuram mail will depart on January 18 from Chennai Central while in the return journey train number 12624 Thiruvananthapuram – Chennai Central Mail will depart on January 19 from Thiruvananthapuram with new coaches. Apart from this train composition has also been revised for the train. This train will be comprised of First Class and AC 2 combines, One AC 2 tier, four AC 3 tier and eleven sleeper class coaches with three general second class coach.
