Title - Change in pattern of sub-urban train services between Chennai Beach and Washermenpet railway stations

Due to Line Block to facilitate maintenance works between Chennai Beach – Washermenpet railway stations, changes will be made in the pattern of suburban train services on 21.07.2018 & 22.07.2018 as detailed below. 

The maintenance works are carried out to ensure safe operation of trains.In view of this, passengers may kindly co-operate with the railway administration and bear the inconveniences caused by the changes in train services that are necessitated by the engineering works. 

ON 21.07.2018, SATURDAY  

The following suburban trains will be fully cancelled. 

  • 43217 MMC – Thiruvallur EMU local, scheduled to leave MMC at 09.30 hrs. 
  • 43234 Thiruvallur – MMC EMU local, scheduled to leave Thiruvallur at 14.40 hrs. 
  •  43762 Thiruvallur – Velachery EMU local, scheduled to leave Thiruvallur at 11.05 hrs. 

The following suburban trains will be partially cancelled. 

  • 43765 Velachery – Thiruvallur EMU local, scheduled to leave Velachery at 12.15 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Chennai Beach – Thiruvallur.The train will run from Velachery to Chennai Beach o­nly. 
  • 43795 Velachery – Pattabiram Military Siding EMU local, scheduled to leave Velachery at 12.55 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Chennai Beach – Pattabiram Military Siding.The train will run from Velachery to Chennai Beach o­nly. 
  • 43764 Thiruvallur – Velachery EMU local, scheduled to leave Thiruvallur at 13.40 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Avadi – Velachery.The train will run from Thiruvallur to Avadi o­nly. 

C. The following suburban trains will be diverted to MMC. 

  • 43952 Kadambattur – Velachery EMU local, scheduled to leave Kadambattur at 12.05 hrs. and reach Velachery, will be diverted to MMC and will be partially cancelled between Vyasarpadi Jiva – Chennai Beach. 
  •  43666 Avadi – Velachery EMU local, scheduled to leave Avadi at 12.10 hrs. and reach Velachery, will be diverted to MMC and will be partially cancelled between Vyasarpadi Jiva – Chennai Beach. 
  • 43668 Avadi – Velachery EMU local, scheduled to leave Avadi at 14.40 hrs. and reach Velachery, will be diverted to MMC and will be partially cancelled between Vyasarpadi Jiva – Chennai Beach. 

The following suburban trains, scheduled to leave from Velachery, will instead leave from MMC. 

  • 43941 Velachery – Tiruttani EMU local, scheduled to leave from Velachery at 11.20 hrs., will instead leave from MMC at 12.15 hrs. 
  •  43931 Velachery – Arakkonam EMU local, scheduled to leave from Velachery at 13.35 hrs., will instead leave from MMC at 14.30 hrs. 
  •  42851 Velachery – Sulurpeta EMU local, scheduled to leave from Velachery at 13.55 hrs., will instead leave from MMC at 14.45 hrs. 

E. The following passenger special suburban train will be operated. 

  • A passenger special EMU from Avadi to Pattabiram Military Siding will leave Avadi at 14.20 hrs. 

ON 22.07.2018, SUNDAY 

 The following suburban trains will be fully cancelled. 

  • 43707 Chennai Beach – Thiruvallur EMU local, scheduled to leave Chennai Beach at 13.05 hrs. 
  •  43755 Chennai Beach – Pattabiram Military Siding EMU local, scheduled to leave Chennai Beach at 13.50 hrs. 
  • 43217 MMC – Thiruvallur EMU local, scheduled to leave MMC at 09.30 hrs. 
  • 43234 Thiruvallur – MMC EMU local, scheduled to leave Thiruvallur at 14.40 hrs. 
  • 43702 Thiruvallur – Chennai Beach EMU local, scheduled to leave Thiruvallur at 11.05 hrs.  

The following suburban train will be partially cancelled between Avadi – Velachery 

  • 43704 Thiruvallur – Chennai Beach EMU local, scheduled to leave Thiruvallur at 13.40 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Avadi – Chennai Beach.The train will run from Thiruvallur to Avadi o­nly. 

The following suburban trains will be diverted to MMC 

  • 43912 Kadambattur – Chennai Beach EMU local, scheduled to leave Kadambattur at 12.05 hrs. and reach Chennai Beach, will be diverted to MMC and will be partially cancelled between Vyasarpadi Jiva – Chennai Beach. 
  • 43614 Avadi – Chennai Beach EMU local, scheduled to leave Avadi at 12.10 hrs. and reach Chennai Beach, will be diverted to MMC and will be partially cancelled between Vyasarpadi Jiva – Chennai Beach. 
  • 43616 Avadi – Chennai Beach EMU local, scheduled to leave Avadi at 14.40 hrs. and reach Chennai Beach, will be diverted to MMC and will be partially cancelled between Vyasarpadi Jiva – Chennai Beach. 

D.The following suburban trains, scheduled to leave from Velachery, will instead leave from MMC. 

  • 43821 Chennai Beach – Tiruttani EMU local, scheduled to leave from Chennai Beach at 12.10 hrs., will instead leave from MMC at 12.15 hrs. 
  • 43805 Chennai Beach – Arakkonam EMU local, scheduled to leave from Chennai Beach at 14.25 hrs., will instead leave from MMC at 14.30 hrs. 
  • 42801 Chennai Beach – Sulurpeta EMU local, scheduled to leave from Chennai Beach at 14.40 hrs., will instead leave from MMC at 14.45 hrs 

E.The following passenger special suburban train will be operated. 

A passenger special EMU from Avadi to Pattabiram Military Siding will leave Avadi at 14.20 hrs.
