Title - Booking / Cancellation made easier on IRCTC App

Now you can easily book, cancel and file TDR on the new IRCTC rail connect app. As of now this app was available as IRCTC connect which from now will be IRCTC Rail Connect. Till date only ticket booking were allowed through mobile app, however if you need to cancel or file TDR it was a cumbersome process.

Now IRCTC has connected App and its Website it will be easier to book or cancel tickets. You can either book your ticket on App or website and can cancel from any if required. Since now data is synced therefore same information will available on website and on App in your history. Earlier these facilities were not available due to which users often use website more for bookings.

Also once logged-in to the app you do not need to enter the ID repeatedly; it will just ask you the pin number to log-in multiple times.
