Lahore -

A blast has taken place at the railway station in Lahore today in the evening.

The blast took place five minutes after the Awami Express stopped on platform 2.

Rescue 1122 and other law enforcement teams have arrived at the station.

The nature of the blast has not been confirmed yet.

The blast took place outside the waiting room of Pak-Business Train which have been severely damaged. The bomb, reported to have been placed inside a black bag has left a 10 foot hole from its epicentre.
