NAGPUR: City traffic police and Nagpur Municipal Corporation have failed to enforce the directives of the high court that the patch between Jaistambh Chowk and Manas Chowk should be a no-parking zone.

Today the entire 500-meter stretch is encroached by unauthorised vendors. Adding woes to the traffic is illegal parking of autorickshwas outside the railway station premises. In fact, autorickshaws continue to block both, the entry and exit gates of the station. As a result, motorists face tremendous hardships.
