Between Sangam and Kalgapur villages Aurangabad – Hyderabad passenger train got derailed on Friday morning. However, no casualties were reported till now. Around 4:10AM two bogies along with trains’s engine came off-track and moved away into nearby field by about 10 meters. Due to shock two persons suffered from minor injuries on their shoulder and elbow. They were sent to the taluk government hospital in Bhalki, railway officials said. When passenger train went off-track passengers in general bogey faced inconvenience as bags fell on floor from everywhere. District in-charge minister Eshwar Khandre, visited the spot. He said traffic on the Bidar - Bhalki line would be stopped for a few hours till the bogies were brought back on track. Officials say that this will not cause much inconvenience. |
