Title - App based Cab bookings started at Santragachi station

 Kharagpur Division of South Eastern Railway has began aggregation of App-Based Taxis. However this service in now currently available only at Santragachi station. Through this service, Passengers can easily travel towards their destinations like Howrah and Kolkata by hiring app-based taxi services.

Passengers can book cabs and pay as per kilometers. An agreement has been made by Kharagpur Division with Authority of App Cab services and space has been provided at Santragachi station for Cab operators to operate and connect with passengers directly.

At present 5 App Cabs can be parked to drop and go o­n hire. Making App-Based Cab services available at Santragachi Station is a long standing demand of passengers and App-Cab Drivers can easily enter the Railway premises for dropping and taking the passengers from extremely busy Santragachi station.
